Background: This study is based on management issues within the healthcare sector in Karachi. Specifically, it focused managing conflicts operation rooms, whereby team performance of Operation Theatre staff directly impacts patients' speedy recovery.
 Methodology: A quantitative survey was conducted involving surgeons and Karachi's community hospitals. closed-ended questionnaire used this study, questions mainly doctors theatre. Only those members included who currently working theatre division hospital. a Pearson correlation analysis performed to assess relationships between factors affecting hospital's operating room.
 Results: The results indicated that extent conflict high. Factors include communication, leadership, training, adequate compensation, role identification as perceived by employees. After performing OLS regression tests, found variable miscommunication, communication gap, plays crucial accelerating disagreements Theatre.
 Conclusion: significant positive association observed. It suggests theatre-related are improving with better practices.
